Card Help

Common questions.

All answers
Why can two cards from the same brand have different rates?

The issuing region, physical or e-code format, specific card type, face-value range, and available review speed can all affect an option. A displayed rate is only meaningful for the exact option selected.

What is an issuing country or region?

It is the market for which the gift card was issued. It can affect the available card types and rate options. It is separate from the payout market, which is currently Nigeria in Nigerian naira (NGN).

Where do I complete a trade?

Use Trade Online to continue to the mobile trading website, or Download App to open the app introduction page. This information website does not collect card codes or create trades.

Does submitting a card mean the trade is complete?

No. Submission starts the review flow. Follow the transaction status on the trading website or app. A received or accepted submission should not be treated as a completed trade until the trading service shows the final status.

Which payout currency is currently supported?

The current payout market is Nigeria and the payout currency is Nigerian naira (NGN). A card’s issuing region may be another country or currency.

Should I send my gift card code through Support?

No. Do not place gift card codes, passwords, one-time codes, bank credentials, or other sensitive payment details in a general feedback message. Submit card information only through the fields provided by the official trading service.
